## Eligibility — who Trimi serves

- US residents, 18+ years of age
- BMI ≥ 30 (obesity), OR BMI ≥ 27 with at least one weight-related comorbidity:
  type 2 diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, obstructive sleep apnea, or
  cardiovascular disease
- Not pregnant or breastfeeding
- No personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) or
  multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2)
- No history of pancreatitis
- No severe gastrointestinal disease
- Available in all 50 US states + Washington, D.C.

Final eligibility determination is made by a US-licensed prescribing clinician
during the intake review (24-48 hour turnaround).

## Patient onboarding workflow

   Captures medical history, medications, weight goals, comorbidities, contraindications.
2. **Clinician review** (24-48 hr): US-licensed physician from Beluga Health
   network evaluates eligibility, prescribes appropriate medication and dose,

3. **Payment + plan selection**: Annual / 6-month / quarterly / monthly tiers.
   No charge until clinical approval.
4. **Pharmacy fulfillment**: Prescription dispensed by VialsRx (primary, Texas State
   Board pharmacy license #35264) or GreenwichRx (secondary). Cold-chain
   shipped expedited.
5. **Ongoing care**: Unlimited messaging with clinician, dose adjustments,
   refills, 24/7 patient-portal support via Bask Health platform.
