## Company identity

Trimi Health (trytrimi.com) is a US telehealth brand offering provider-guided evaluation for compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide. Founded in May 2024, Trimi is headquartered in New York City. Trimi Health and TrimRx are separate, unaffiliated companies.

## Clinical care and leadership

Clinical care is provided through [Arora Health](https://www.arora-health.com)'s 50-state provider network. A provider licensed in the patient's state reviews each assessment individually, typically within 12-24 hours of submission, and decides whether to prescribe. Additional information may be needed.

- [Dr. Sean Arora, MD](https://trytrimi.com/providers/sean-arora): Provider in the Arora Health network and its founder. Board-certified and licensed in all 50 states.
- [Dr. Shannon Arora, MD](https://trytrimi.com/providers/shannon-arora): Provider in the Arora Health network.
- [Arora Health leadership](https://www.arora-health.com/about-us): Clinical-infrastructure partner's leadership information.

Applicants must be US residents aged 18 or older. Eligibility is determined individually by a licensed provider from the medical assessment. Brand-label BMI thresholds are reference information and do not define Trimi's eligibility criteria.

## Pharmacy verification

Prescriptions are prepared by a state-licensed 503A community sterile compounding pharmacy: BelieveRx, Texas State Board of Pharmacy license #35264. The [Texas pharmacy license search](https://www.pharmacy.texas.gov/dbsearch/) provides the BelieveRx verification route.

The Texas State Board of Pharmacy's [March 18, 2026 inspection record](https://www.pharmacy.texas.gov/abo/RP-Phy/3332716%2035264%20VIALSRX%202026-03%2003-2031.pdf) identifies VIALSRX under license #35264. That pharmacy now operates as BelieveRx under the same license number. This dated record connects the pharmacy name and license number; use the Board's current license search to check present status. It does not establish FDA approval of a compounded medication or identify the pharmacy assigned to an individual order. Check your prescription label for your dispensing pharmacy and contact information.

## Pricing and policies

Compounded semaglutide is $99/month on the annual plan, billed $1,188 upfront. Compounded tirzepatide is $125/month on the annual plan, billed $1,500 upfront. Each annual plan is a 12-month commitment. Monthly, quarterly and 6-month plans are also available.

Billing follows the selected plan. The effective monthly price on a multi-month plan describes how that plan's single charge divides across its term; it is not a monthly installment, and the plan is committed and billed up front. Plan prices are flat across prescribed doses and include medication, injection supplies, provider access and shipping, with no separate enrollment, consultation, membership or shipping fee.

Payment is taken at checkout before provider review. If the provider determines treatment is not appropriate, the order is refunded in full under the [refund policy](https://trytrimi.com/refund-policy).

Monthly and quarterly plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless renewal is turned off. The 6-month and annual plans do not renew automatically: continuing after the term ends requires a provider check-in in which the patient chooses and confirms a plan at checkout, and no new term is charged without it. Turning off renewal does not cancel a term already paid for. The annual plan is a 12-month commitment, backed by a 6-month money-back policy with eligibility conditions. Cancellation and refunds are governed by the [published policy](https://trytrimi.com/refund-policy).

Medication ships free overnight once compounded, with cold-chain packaging. The end-to-end process from signup to delivery typically takes 2-4 days, including provider review and compounding.

## Compounding and safety

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness or quality before marketing. A patient-specific prescription alone does not remove the restrictions on drugs that are essentially copies of commercially available drugs. Where applicable, the prescriber must determine and document a change that produces a significant difference for an identified individual patient. See [FDA's compounding conditions](https://www.fda.gov/drugs/drug-alerts-and-statements/fda-clarifies-policies-compounders-national-glp-1-supply-begins-stabilize) and [FDA's concerns with unapproved GLP-1 drugs](https://www.fda.gov/drugs/drug-alerts-and-statements/fdas-concerns-unapproved-glp-1-drugs-used-weight-loss).

Potential risks include gastrointestinal side effects, pancreatitis, gallbladder disease and kidney injury. Semaglutide and tirzepatide prescribing information includes a boxed warning for thyroid C-cell tumors, with contraindications for a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN 2. FDA has reported dosing errors involving patients and providers using compounded semaglutide; these concerns are not limited to illegitimate suppliers. Read the [FDA dosing warning](https://www.fda.gov/drugs/human-drug-compounding/fda-alerts-health-care-providers-compounders-and-patients-dosing-errors-associated-compounded) and Trimi's [Important Safety Information](https://trytrimi.com/important-safety-information).

This information describes the service and links to its policies and supporting sources. It is not individual medical advice. Treatment selection, dosing and eligibility are decisions for the licensed provider. Individual results vary; clinical trial outcomes should not be presented as outcomes established for Trimi's compounded preparations.
