Cheapest Semaglutide Providers in 2026: Total Costs Compared

The price on the first screen is only useful when you know what it buys, when you pay and whether it changes with your prescription.

Publisher disclosure: Trimi publishes this comparison and sells one of the services included. We checked public provider pages on September 10, 2026. This is a pricing comparison, not an independent product test or a clinical recommendation.

    The short answer

There is no single cheapest plan for every prescription and payment preference. Mochi's published representative medication prices plus standard monthly membership total $139–$178, depending on dose, state and pharmacy. Trimi's monthly plan is $175 across prescribed doses. Its $99 monthly equivalent requires $1,188 upfront for a 12-month commitment.

Start with the recurring-cost table if you want to avoid a large prepayment. Use the prepaid table only if the total payment and commitment fit your budget. The providers below are alphabetical; incomplete quotes are not assigned a price rank.

    Monthly and four-week options

These are public cash-pay examples for compounded injectable semaglutide, checked September 10. They exclude first-order discounts and insurance offers. A published program charge is not automatically a complete quote for every prescription.

The Mochi range is calculated from its representative medication examples plus its standard monthly membership, not a quote for every patient. Henry's December 3, 2025 program terms remained publicly available when checked; a current personalized quote takes precedence.

Prepaid prices: show the amount due, not just the equivalent

A lower monthly equivalent can require a much larger payment today. Dividing a prepaid total by its stated term helps compare the cash commitment; it does not prove that different programs supply identical formulations or quantities.

Not ranked: Found's advertised annual-plan rate

Found advertises $169 per 28-day period for a cash-pay 12-month plan, and its pricing page says 12-month plans are paid upfront. Those public statements do not establish the exact total due or number of covered cycles. This offer remains unranked against fully specified prepaid totals; request the complete upfront quote in writing. See Found's offer terms.

    Details that change the comparison

Found: compare cash pricing with cash pricing

The lower insurance headline is a different offer. This table uses cash-pay compounded semaglutide. Found's medication page lists a formulation with B12/glycine and says pricing stays the same across doses. Confirm the preparation available for your prescription.

    Henry: check the injectable program

Its lower headline prices can describe other medications or oral programs. The figures here come from the compounded semaglutide injection section. The prepaid terms mention “up to 25 mg” alongside shipment schedules without clearly establishing the quantity per shipment. We have not treated that as a guaranteed maintenance-dose supply.

Mochi: the newer update changes the calculation

The August 22 pricing update describes per-dose pricing, while the FAQ still shows an older $99 flat medication charge. We use the newer dated update. The $39 introductory membership is not the standard renewal price, and prepaid membership alone is not an all-inclusive medication package.

    Trimi: separate cancellation from refunds

Stopping a future renewal does not undo a current prepaid commitment. Trimi's six-month money-back policy has conditions; it is not an unconditional refund promise. Read the refund policy for eligibility, timing and the effect of a prescription being issued.

    How we compare prices

We selected four providers with public compounded injectable semaglutide pricing that could be checked without submitting an intake form. This is a limited comparison, not a census of every provider. We used each provider's own pricing or contractual terms, identified conflicting statements and left unresolved totals unranked.

We separate medication-only charges from membership, introductory rates from renewals, and monthly billing from prepaid commitments. We do not compare these compounded offers with branded medicines, assign quality scores from price, or assume matching product names mean matching preparations. An older terms page can be useful evidence, but it does not replace a current quote.

Formulation and dose belong in that quote. Ask whether the prescription is injectable, which ingredients it contains, the concentration and quantity supplied, and whether the quoted price covers the prescribed dose. These details are for checking the offer with the provider, not for choosing or changing a dose yourself.

Get these five answers before you pay

    1. What is due today and at renewal? Include mandatory membership, consultation, medication, supplies, shipping and any required lab charges.
    2. What treatment and supply does that cover? Ask for the prescribed formulation, quantity, days supplied and any price change if the prescription changes.
    3. What is the actual billing period? Obtain the renewal dates and number of payments. A shipment interval can differ from a membership billing interval.
    4. What happens if treatment is declined or stopped? Check when payment occurs, cancellation deadlines and which prepaid amounts are refundable.
    5. Who provides the care and medication? Confirm the clinician and dispensing pharmacy for your state, how to contact them, and how ongoing care works.

Keep the quote and terms you accepted. If you are switching providers, coordinate care before changing treatment; a price comparison cannot determine medical eligibility. Our compounded semaglutide cost guide and membership-fee comparison explain related billing questions.

    Frequently asked questions

Which semaglutide provider has the lowest monthly price?

In this four-provider comparison, Mochi's published representative medication prices plus its standard monthly membership total $139–$178, depending on prescribed dose, state and pharmacy. Trimi's monthly plan is $175 across prescribed doses. Neither figure establishes the cheapest option for every person. Get a quote for your prescribed formulation and billing period before choosing.

Can I pay $99 each month for Trimi semaglutide?

The $99 figure is the monthly equivalent of Trimi's annual plan: $1,188 paid upfront with a 12-month commitment. The monthly plan is $175. Ending future renewal does not cancel the current prepaid commitment; check the refund policy before paying.

Does Mochi still charge $99 for every semaglutide dose?

Mochi's August 22, 2026 pricing update describes per-dose medication pricing, with representative compounded semaglutide prices of $60–$99 per monthly vial. Membership is separate. Its FAQ still shows an older flat medication price, so this comparison uses the newer dated update and flags the difference. Your account quote determines the actual charge.

Is a four-week price the same as a monthly price?

No. A four-week period is 28 days. Thirteen such periods cover 364 days, while twelve cover only 336 days. Ask for the number and dates of payments, the total due upfront and the medication supply covered. Do not multiply every advertised monthly figure by twelve and assume it represents a full year.

Does a lower price mean the medication is lower quality?

Price alone does not establish quality or whether a treatment is appropriate. Check the prescribing clinician, dispensing pharmacy, formulation and applicable requirements separately. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality.

Choose a plan with the full commitment in view

If Trimi fits your comparison, review the plans and start an online visit. Payment is collected before provider review. Eligibility is determined by a licensed provider, and a declined treatment order receives a full refund.
