Trouble signing in?
If the Sign-In button isn't loading or you can't reach your account, it's almost always a stale cache or a network filter — not a problem with our service. Try these in order.
Try the portal directly first
Skip the homepage and go straight to the patient portal. If this opens, the issue was just a cached version of trytrimi.com — bookmark this URL for next time.

Quick fixes
Ordered from most to least likely to be the cause. Stop as soon as one works.
Hard-refresh the page
Forces your browser to ignore the cached version and fetch a fresh one. This solves most "the sign-in button doesn't do anything" issues.
- Mac: hold ⌘ Cmd + Shift + R
- Windows / Linux: hold Ctrl + Shift + R
- iPhone / iPad Safari: close the tab, force-quit Safari, reopen
Open the portal in a private/incognito window
Private windows ignore your saved cache, cookies, and most browser extensions. If sign-in works in private mode, the issue is in your normal session — clearing cookies for trytrimi.com (Step 3) will fix it.
- Chrome: ⌘/Ctrl + Shift + N
- Safari: File menu → New Private Window
- Firefox / Edge: ⌘/Ctrl + Shift + P
Clear cookies and site data for trytrimi.com
If Step 2 worked but normal browsing didn't, you have a stale cookie. Clearing only the cookies for trytrimi.com will not log you out of any other site.
- Chrome: click the lock/info icon to the left of the URL → Cookies and site data → See what's stored → trytrimi.com → Remove
- Safari: Safari menu → Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data → search "trytrimi" → Remove
- Firefox: click the lock icon → Clear Cookies and Site Data → Remove
Try a different browser
If you usually use Safari, try Chrome (or vice versa). This rules out browser-specific cache or extension issues entirely. Edge and Firefox also work fine. We don't support Internet Explorer or browsers older than 2 years.
Switch from Wi-Fi to cellular
Some home routers, ISP "family-safe" filters, and corporate networks block pharmacy and weight-loss-related domains by default — even legitimate ones. If turning off Wi-Fi and using your phone's cellular data fixes it, that's the cause. You can permanently fix this by changing your home router's DNS to Cloudflare's 1.1.1.1 or Google's 8.8.8.8, which don't apply pharmacy filters.
Less common scenarios
Try these only if Steps 1–5 didn't help.
