Yes. Every prescribed dose of your chosen medication costs the same on your billing plan. If your provider increases your dose, there is no extra charge. Your price depends on the medication and billing plan you select, not your dose.

Choose monthly, quarterly, 6-month or annual billing. Monthly plans are $175 for semaglutide or $235 for tirzepatide. Annual plans are $1,188 for semaglutide ($99 per month) or $1,500 for tirzepatide ($125 per month), billed upfront for a 12-month commitment. Quarterly and 6-month plans are also billed upfront for their full term. Multi-month prices shown per month are monthly equivalents, not installments. Compare all billing plans.

Every plan includes your prescribed medication, injection supplies, provider care, ongoing support and free overnight shipping once your medication is compounded. There are no separate enrollment, consultation, membership or shipping fees.

You pay for your selected billing period at checkout, before provider review. Your provider typically reviews your completed assessment within 12-24 hours and may ask for more information. If treatment is not appropriate, your order is refunded in full. Read the refund policy.

The full process from signup to delivery typically takes 2-4 days, including provider review and pharmacy preparation. If approved, your medication ships free overnight once compounded, in temperature-controlled packaging. Timing can vary if more information is needed or there is a pharmacy or carrier delay.

No insurance is needed. Trimi is self-pay and does not bill insurance. HSA and FSA payments are accepted, but check with your plan administrator to confirm that your purchase qualifies.

No. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not evaluate them for safety, effectiveness or quality before they are marketed. Trimi works with state-licensed compounding pharmacies. A licensed provider reviews whether a compounded prescription is appropriate for your individual needs. Read the important safety information.

You can cancel for a full refund before your prescription is issued. After that, orders are generally final, with exceptions covered by our refund policy. You can stop future renewals, but that does not end your current plan commitment.
