Terms of Service

    Introduction

    This Terms of Service is a contract between you ("You", "your") and Trimi Health ("Trimi," "we," "us") and our affiliates. These terms and conditions (together with our Privacy Policy and Code of Conduct, the "Terms of Service" or "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Website and any related documentation, software, application, content, functionality, and products (collectively, the "Service(s)").

    Please read the Terms of Service carefully before you access or use our Services. By accessing our Website or using our Services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

    THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDES A MANDATORY ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION RIGHTS.

    What These Terms Cover

    These Terms govern Trimi Health's compounded GLP-1 weight management program, which is the only program Trimi offers. Together with our Refund and Cancellation Policy and our Privacy Policy, they are the complete and controlling terms for that program. Terms published for any other program, brand, or service do not apply to your Trimi plan.

    Clinical care is delivered by licensed clinicians of Arora Health, which maintains a 50-state provider network. Prescriptions are dispensed by state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies, currently BelieveRx and GreenwichRx. Availability depends on your state of residence; see our state availability page.

    Eligibility

    To qualify to use the Services, the following must be true:

    • You are age 18 or over
    • You are located in a state where we operate
    • You agree to be legally bound by these Terms

    Satisfying these requirements does not guarantee you will receive Services through Trimi. We reserve the right to change or include new requirements as deemed appropriate.

    Billing, Plans and Renewals

    What you pay

    Trimi charges a single plan price. Compounded semaglutide starts at $99 per month on the annual plan and compounded tirzepatide starts at $125 per month on the annual plan; shorter plan lengths cost more per month. The plan price is all-inclusive and covers your medication, your clinician consultations and follow-ups, dose changes, refills, and shipping. Shipping is free and goes out overnight once your prescription is compounded.

    There is no membership fee, no subscription fee separate from the plan price, no consultation fee, no per-visit charge, and no fee to change or discontinue a dose. Your plan price does not increase as your dose is titrated.

    How the plan lengths work

    • Monthly plan. Billed every month and renews automatically each month. You may turn off renewal at any time before the next billing date.
    • Quarterly plan. Billed up front for three months at a lower per-month rate, and renews automatically at the end of each three-month term unless you turn renewal off first.
    • Six-month and annual plans. Billed up front for the plan term at the lower per-month rate. These plans do not renew automatically. To continue after the term ends, you complete a provider check-in and choose and confirm a plan at checkout; no new term is charged unless you do. The annual plan is a 12-month commitment.

    Quarterly, six-month and annual plans are term commitments, not month-to-month arrangements. Because they are prepaid at a discount in exchange for the commitment, you should not read the discounted per-month figure as a cancel-anytime price. Turning off renewal on a monthly or quarterly plan stops future charges, which is a separate thing from ending a term you have already paid for.

    Renewals and payment

    Monthly and quarterly plans renew automatically at the end of each term at the then-current price for that plan unless you turn renewal off first, and we charge the payment method on file. Six-month and annual plans do not renew automatically, as described above. If a charge fails, we may retry it and may pause fulfillment until payment succeeds. Prices may change for future terms; we will not change the price of a term you have already paid for.

    Cancellations and Refunds

    The full rules, including timelines and what documentation we need, are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary:

    • Before a prescription is issued, you can cancel for a full refund, including any amount paid toward the consultation.
    • If a clinician determines you are not a candidate, you are refunded in full.
    • Once a prescription is issued, the order is final. Compounded medication is prepared for one named patient at a prescribed dose and cannot lawfully be returned, resold, or restocked, even if it has not yet shipped.
    • The 6-month money-back promise. If you complete six continuous months on your prescribed plan taking the medication as directed and have not lost weight against a starting weight and a six-month weight logged in your patient portal, we refund the plan fees you paid over those six months. Completing the full six-month course is required; there is no refund for stopping early or for dissatisfaction alone. This is a commercial commitment, not a medical guarantee, and it does not replace clinical advice. Individual results vary.
    • Clinician-directed discontinuation. If a licensed clinician advises you in writing to stop treatment, contact us with that letter and we will review a refund of the unused portion of your term.
    • Damaged or undelivered shipments are replaced, refunded, or sent to a carrier claim. Report them within 24 hours of the delivery scan.

    Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks typically post the credit within 5 to 10 business days.

    Medical Disclosures

    Trimi dispenses compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide. Compounded medications are prepared per individual prescription by a state-licensed pharmacy and are not FDA-approved as drugs. They are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing quality before they are dispensed.

    GLP-1 medications carry real risks, including nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, pancreatitis, gallbladder disease, kidney injury from dehydration, and, per FDA prescribing information for this drug class, a boxed warning for thyroid C-cell tumors.     A clinician may prescribe off-label at their clinical discretion based on your individual case. Nothing on this site is medical advice; it is general information, and treatment decisions rest with you and a licensed clinician.

    Requirements for Use

    You must have compatible computing and/or mobile devices, access to the Internet, and certain necessary software to use the Services. Fees and charges may apply to your use of mobile services and the Internet.

    Consent to Telehealth Services

    Telemedicine involves the delivery of healthcare services using electronic communications between a healthcare provider and a patient who are not in the same physical location. Telemedicine may include:

    • Electronic transmission of medical records, images, and health information
    • Interactions via audio, video, and/or data communications
    • Use of output data from medical devices

    The electronic systems used incorporate security protocols to protect the privacy and security of health information.

    Trimi understands the importance of confidentiality and privacy regarding your health information. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and use your personal information.

    Your Relationship with Trimi

    Trimi provides a technology platform for you to access licensed healthcare providers and obtain health information. The healthcare resources made available through our Services are not a substitute for direct in-person healthcare services in all cases. The decision regarding diagnosis and treatment rests with you and the healthcare provider.

    By using the Services, you consent to receiving disclosures, notices, messages, and other communications from Trimi and healthcare providers. It is your responsibility to monitor these communications.

    Communications by Text and Email

    By opting-in to receive text messages from Trimi, you consent to receiving messages regarding your account, order confirmations, shipping notifications, and provider communications. You understand that:

    • You are the authorized user of the mobile device
    • Msg&Data rates may apply
    • Messages may not be encrypted
    • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

    You can opt-out at any time by texting "STOP" to any message received.

    Registration and User Accounts

    You must register with Trimi to access the Services. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

    • Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password
    • All activities that occur under your account
    • Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use

    Prohibited Use

    You agree that you will not:

    • Impersonate any person or entity
    • Use the Services to violate any law
    • Reverse engineer or disassemble any software
    • Distribute harmful computer code
    • Access the Services in a manner that infringes on others' rights
    • Use the Services to create competing products
    • Interfere with or harm the Services
    • Bypass security measures

    Intellectual Property

    All content, features, and functionality of the Services are owned by Trimi and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

    Disclaimer of Warranties

    THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

    Limitation of Liability

    TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRIMI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

    Arbitration Agreement

    Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit.

    You may opt-out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

    Changes to Terms

    We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
