How long does it take to get started?
The online questionnaire takes about 5–10 minutes. A licensed provider typically reviews a completed assessment within 12–24 hours and may request more information. If prescribed, medication ships free overnight once compounded. Review and pharmacy preparation times vary, so these are estimates rather than a delivery promise.
When do I pay, and what if treatment is not appropriate?
You pay for your selected billing period at checkout, before provider review. If your provider determines treatment is not appropriate, your order is refunded in full under Trimi's refund policy.
Do I need a video appointment?
The standard process starts with an online health questionnaire. Your provider may request more information or additional evaluation when needed for your care.
Can I cancel a Trimi annual plan or get a refund?
The annual plan is a 12-month commitment. Turning off renewal does not automatically cancel or refund the current prepaid term. Contact Trimi through the patient portal or contact page to request a change and obtain confirmation. The published refund policy explains pre-prescription cancellations, medical ineligibility, shipment problems and the conditional 6-month money-back policy. If a licensed provider advises you to stop treatment, contact the care team to discuss your plan and applicable refund terms.
What support is included after I start?
Your plan includes provider messaging, care-team support and dose reviews when clinically appropriate. Your provider decides which treatment changes fit your history and response.
