Membership: first month, ongoing fee and prepaid term

Ro's pricing page lists a $39 introductory membership month, refunded if you are not eligible for GLP-1 treatment. Medication is additional. After that month, the following membership rates apply. Ro's membership announcement also distinguishes the initial month from subsequent multi-month plans.

The $74 annual rate describes a 12-month prepaid membership, not a $74 monthly installment; medication is still separate. The reviewed public page provides monthly equivalents, so we do not infer an exact upfront invoice. Confirm the amount due, commitment, renewal and refund terms before prepaying.

If you stay on monthly membership for twelve months, the advertised membership-only calculation is $39 + (11 × $149) = $1,678. That excludes medication. Do not multiply an introductory drug price by twelve, because doses, offers and prescription refill schedules can change.

Ro medication cost without insurance

These selected Ro cash-pay medication prices are billed separately from membership. The total column adds the standard $149 monthly membership so the headline medication price is not mistaken for the whole bill. Ro has other medications and separate multi-month medication offers; this is not an exhaustive formulary or a quote for those offers.

These are budget illustrations, not invoices. A provider determines the medication and dose; the table is not a dosing or titration schedule. Ro presents these drug prices per month, while the Zepbound KwikPen contains four weekly injections. A medication's 28-day supply and a membership billing month are separate clocks, so the examples do not establish an exact annual total. Confirm supplies, shipping, any additional purchases and refill timing in your own quote.

For example, at the same prescribed 1.5 mg Wegovy-pill dose, the $39 membership month plus $149 medication is $188; a subsequent $149 monthly membership plus $149 medication is $298. These figures do not assume that a patient will remain at that dose.

How much is tirzepatide on Ro?

Ro's Zepbound page identifies two delivery devices for this FDA-approved tirzepatide medication. Its KwikPen cash-pay option is $299 at 2.5 mg, $399 at 5 mg, or $449 at 7.5-15 mg with the manufacturer offer. Membership is additional: $338 for 2.5 mg during the $39 membership month, or $448 at that dose with the ongoing $149 monthly membership.

The $449 higher-dose medication offer requires the next refill check-in within 45 days of the last delivery. Ro states that missing the window changes the medication charge to $499 for 7.5 mg or $699 for 10-15 mg. With a $149 monthly membership, those illustrative totals become $648 or $848. The provider decides the dose; this condition is about offer eligibility, not permission to change treatment.

Ro describes the KwikPen pathway as cash-pay only. Insurance assistance for a Zepbound autoinjector pen is a separate pathway, filled at a pharmacy; do not apply the KwikPen cash price to an insurance copay.

Insurance changes the drug charge, not the membership

Ro's insurance page says its concierge can check coverage and coordinate prior authorization for Wegovy pens, Zepbound autoinjector pens and Ozempic. If covered, your medication cost depends on your plan and dispensing pharmacy. A coverage check does not establish approval or a fixed copay. Insurance does not cover the Ro Body membership.

Some Ro medications are cash-pay only. Ro also lists eligibility exclusions: patients with Medicaid and some other government-funded plans are not eligible for treatment. People with Medicare, a Medicare supplement or TRICARE may be eligible for certain cash-pay options; FEHB plan holders can access insurance-concierge support. Confirm the specific pathway directly with Ro before paying.

Membership includes provider support, a treatment plan, check-ins, coaching and insurance-concierge services, with lab testing if necessary, according to Ro's pricing FAQ.
