How do the billing plans work?

Can I cancel or request a refund?

When will my medication arrive?
Provider review typically takes 24-48 hours. If prescribed, your medication ships free overnight once compounded. The full process from signup to delivery typically takes 2-4 days; timing can vary.
Do I need insurance?
No. Trimi does not bill insurance. HSA/FSA payment is accepted, but your plan administrator determines expense eligibility. Do not assume that your insurance will reimburse a purchase.
Is compounded semaglutide FDA-approved?
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. FDA does not review their safety, effectiveness or quality before marketing. They should be considered only when an approved drug cannot meet a patient's medical needs; your provider must evaluate your individual case.
How is my dose chosen?

Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation and abdominal discomfort can occur. Tell your provider about symptoms that persist or interfere with eating or drinking.
Important risks
Serious risks include pancreatitis, gallbladder disease, dehydration-related kidney injury and severe allergic reactions. Approved semaglutide labeling carries a thyroid C-cell tumor warning based on animal studies; human risk is unknown. Do not use with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN 2.

STEP 1: 14.9% average weight reduction at 68 weeks. Average weight reduction in adults without diabetes receiving semaglutide 2.4 mg weekly plus lifestyle support. The placebo group lost 2.4% on average.
