MEDVi Cost 2026: Starting Prices, Renewal Quotes & Terms
This review explains MEDVi's published program charges, medication pricing and payment terms so you can compare an actual quote.
Publisher disclosure: Written by Trimi Editorial Team. Trimi competes with MEDVi. This is a review of public pricing and policies, not a firsthand patient experience or an assessment of clinical quality. Sources were checked September 11, 2026. This editorial update does not represent a new clinical review.
How much does MEDVi cost?
MEDVi advertises GLP-1 injections starting at $179 and tablets starting at $249 on one public landing page. These starting offers do not establish your ongoing medication-specific bill. Confirm the prescription, refill price and billing term in your own quote before paying.
Check the current official offerStarting offers and ongoing prices are different
The published landing-page offers group injections and tablets separately. They do not provide a complete ongoing dose-by-dose price schedule. We therefore do not treat $179 as the price of every injection or every refill.
| Offer category | Advertised starting amount | Still requires your quote |
|---|---|---|
| GLP-1 injections | $179 | Medication, dose, refill amount and payment schedule |
| GLP-1 tablets | $249 | Exact formulation, prescribed regimen and renewal price |
Different MEDVi offer pages can show different program structures. Its current GLP-1 page separates certain branded medication programs into membership plus medication charges. Do not transfer the inclusions or price of one offer to another.
For tirzepatide specifically, the generic injection starting amount is not enough to calculate your cost. Request a written medication-specific quote and the ongoing refill rate. We could not establish one universal recurring tirzepatide price from the reviewed public pages.
What is included, and is there an AI fee?
MEDVi's homepage describes provider guidance, patient-portal access and support. Its dietitian and care-coaching offer has an insurance/copay eligibility qualification. The subscription policy describes access to providers, appropriate medication and online support; your selected program determines the purchase.
We did not find a published fee schedule supporting a separate AI surcharge in the official pages reviewed. Our earlier article attributed prices to AI feature tiers without adequate sourcing; that characterization has been removed.
Ask for an itemized confirmation of the services included in your quote, any optional purchases, and whether dose changes affect your bill. These are questions to verify, not a claim that MEDVi charges each possible fee. Website automation does not by itself demonstrate better or worse clinical care.
Cancellation and refund terms
MEDVi's cancellation policy directs requests to hello@medvi.org or patient-portal chat. It requires at least 72 hours' notice before the next billing date; a later request takes effect in the following billing cycle.
The policy describes a refund for medical disqualification, an initial 72-hour exception when no services have been received, and separate provisions for multi-month purchases. It also contains broad no-refund language alongside those exceptions. Ask support to confirm in writing which provision applies to your order before prepaying.
Keep the offer, payment receipt, next renewal date and cancellation confirmation together. A request to stop future billing does not establish that an existing medication order has been canceled or refunded.
A practical way to compare quotes
Write down the amount due today, how much treatment that payment covers, and the next refill charge. For a planned term, add each actual payment and any separately quoted services. Do not multiply an introductory price by twelve unless the written offer explicitly applies it to all twelve months.
Check who provides care in your state and which pharmacy dispenses the prescription. This pricing review does not independently verify each pharmacy, assess individual clinical decisions or predict treatment results.
FDA explains that compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality before marketing. Ask your provider whether compounding is appropriate for your individual needs. Different formulations should not be assumed to have equivalent outcomes.
How to read Trimi's own billing terms
A complete quote matters for any provider. Trimi's monthly plans are separate from its annual plans. Its published prices include medication if prescribed, provider access, injection supplies and shipping, with no separate membership fee. Prices stay flat across prescribed doses within the selected plan.
| Plan | Compounded semaglutide | Compounded tirzepatide |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly: no multi-month commitment | $175 each month | $235 each month |
| Annual: 12-month commitment | $1,188 once yearly($99/month equivalent) | $1,500 once yearly($125/month equivalent) |
The annual charge is paid upfront, not in monthly installments. Turning off renewal does not automatically end or refund the current commitment. Read Trimi's full pricing and refund conditions, including the conditional six-month money-back policy.
A prepaid plan may suit someone comfortable committing to that term. A monthly plan may suit someone prioritizing a smaller initial payment. Neither price structure establishes that one provider will deliver better clinical outcomes. Compare your actual prescription quote, access to care and exit terms before deciding.
