Managing Your Subscription

You can update your payment method and shipping address, view billing information, and request plan changes through the patient portal. Month-to-month plans have no multi-month commitment: compounded semaglutide is $175 billed monthly and compounded tirzepatide is $235 billed monthly. You can turn off renewal on a month-to-month plan at any time. Monthly and quarterly plans renew automatically unless renewal is turned off. The 6-month and annual plans do not renew automatically. Continuing after the term ends requires a provider check-in and choosing and confirming a plan at checkout, and no new term is charged without it. Turning off renewal does not cancel a term already paid for. To turn off renewal or request a plan change, message your care team through the patient portal or use the contact page. Plan changes require confirmation. Cancellation and refunds are governed by the published Refund and Cancellation Policy.

As your health changes during treatment, keeping your portal profile current helps your provider deliver the best care. Update your weight regularly so your provider can track your progress.
