What are Trimi's prices and what's included?

Trimi's annual plan is $99/month for compounded semaglutide, billed $1,188 upfront, or $125/month for compounded tirzepatide, billed $1,500 upfront. Both annual plans are a 12-month commitment and do not renew automatically; continuing requires a provider check-in and confirmation of a new plan. The monthly figure is the annual price divided by 12, not a monthly charge. Plans include medication if prescribed, provider consultations, ongoing support and free overnight shipping once compounded. Shorter plans cost more per month; review the billing and refund terms before paying.

Is the $99 or $125 annual-plan price charged monthly?

No. The published annual-plan charge is $1,188 upfront for compounded semaglutide or $1,500 upfront for compounded tirzepatide, each covering a 12-month plan. Monthly, quarterly and 6-month plans have separate prices. If a payment provider offers installments at checkout, review its terms; installments do not turn the annual plan into a monthly plan.

What's included in a Trimi subscription?

The plan includes medication if prescribed, a licensed-provider evaluation, ongoing care and support, prescribed dose adjustments, and free overnight shipping once compounded. Medication is prepared per prescription at a state-licensed 503A pharmacy. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality before marketing.

    Does Trimi offer free shipping?

Medication ships free overnight once compounded, in temperature-controlled packaging. The typical signup-to-delivery timeline is 2-4 days, including provider review and pharmacy preparation; it is an estimate, not a promised delivery date. Follow the dispensing pharmacy's storage and handling instructions.

Can I cancel a Trimi annual plan or get a refund?

The annual plan is a 12-month commitment. Annual and 6-month plans do not renew automatically; continuing requires a provider check-in and confirmation of a new plan. Ending treatment does not automatically cancel or refund a prepaid term. Contact Trimi through the patient portal or contact page to request a change and obtain confirmation. The published refund policy explains pre-prescription cancellations, medical ineligibility, shipment problems and the conditional 6-month money-back policy. If a licensed provider advises you to stop treatment, contact the care team to discuss your plan and applicable refund terms.

What does the 6-month money-back policy require?

The policy sets out a single no-weight-loss request path. It requires six continuous months following the prescribed plan and recorded starting and six-month weights in the patient portal, so stopping early does not qualify. Other conditions and request deadlines apply. Read the full refund policy before enrolling; it is not a promise of a particular treatment outcome.

Can I use insurance or an HSA/FSA?

Trimi's published plans are cash-pay and do not require insurance. HSA/FSA payment may be available, but expense eligibility and documentation depend on your plan administrator. Confirm coverage and any reimbursement requirements before paying. A payment being accepted does not establish insurance reimbursement or tax eligibility.

    Insurance and HSA/FSA

Trimi's published plans are cash-pay. Insurance coverage, HSA/FSA eligibility and reimbursement requirements are determined by your plan administrator. Confirm what documentation your plan needs before paying.

A payment being accepted does not establish reimbursement or tax eligibility. Compare the actual charge, the prepaid term and what is included, not just a monthly equivalent.
