    UNDERSTANDING YOUR OPTIONS

    A conversation.
    A personal decision.

Tirzepatide acts on GIP and GLP-1 receptors involved in appetite regulation. It also slows stomach emptying. Your provider considers your medical needs, history and treatment goals before making a recommendation.

    BEFORE YOU BEGIN

    Good questions.
    Clear answers.

A little clarity goes a long way.

    Ask our care team
    Who can apply?

US residents aged 18 or older can complete the assessment. A provider licensed in your state reviews your health history and decides whether treatment is appropriate. Applying does not guarantee a prescription.

    What does my plan include?

Medication, injection supplies, provider access and shipping are included. There are no separate enrollment, consultation, membership or shipping fees. Your plan price stays the same across prescribed doses.

    When am I charged?

Payment is collected at checkout before provider review. If the provider decides treatment is not appropriate, your order is refunded in full under the refund policy. Read the billing and refund terms.

How do the billing plans work?

Choose monthly, quarterly, 6-month or annual billing. Multi-month rates are monthly equivalents, with the plan total billed upfront. The annual plan is a 12-month commitment. Review the full charge and renewal terms before checkout. Read the billing and refund terms.

Can I cancel or request a refund?

Monthly and 3-month plans renew automatically unless you turn renewal off, which does not end a term you have already paid for. 6-month and annual plans do not renew automatically. Refunds follow the published refund policy, including its conditional 6-month money-back policy. Contact the care team to review your situation. Read the billing and refund terms.

    When will my medication arrive?

Provider review typically takes 12-24 hours. If prescribed, your medication ships free overnight once compounded. The full process from signup to delivery typically takes 2-4 days; timing can vary.

    Do I need insurance?

No. Trimi does not bill insurance. HSA/FSA payment is accepted, but your plan administrator determines expense eligibility. Do not assume that your insurance will reimburse a purchase.

    Is compounded tirzepatide FDA-approved?

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. FDA does not review their safety, effectiveness or quality before marketing. They should be considered only when an approved drug cannot meet a patient's medical needs; your provider must evaluate your individual case.

Can I continue my current dose when switching?

Your provider must review your treatment history before prescribing. Do not assume that a previous dose, device or schedule transfers directly. Confirm the exact dose and syringe instructions with your provider or pharmacy before using a new preparation.

    Your safety comes first.

    Compounding & side effects

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality.

Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation and abdominal discomfort can occur. Tell your provider about symptoms that persist or interfere with eating or drinking.

    Important risks

Serious risks include pancreatitis, gallbladder disease, dehydration-related kidney injury and severe allergic reactions. Approved tirzepatide labeling carries a thyroid C-cell tumor warning based on animal studies; human risk is unknown. Do not use with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN 2.

    Talk with your provider

Review all medicines and pregnancy plans with your provider, including oral contraceptives and diabetes medicines. Tirzepatide can affect oral contraceptive effectiveness, and some diabetes medicines increase low-blood-sugar risk. Seek urgent care for severe abdominal pain or trouble breathing. Read the full safety information.

    About published tirzepatide research

SURMOUNT-1: 20.9% average weight reduction at 72 weeks. Average weight reduction in adults without diabetes assigned to tirzepatide 15 mg weekly plus lifestyle support. The placebo group lost 3.1% on average.

This trial studied the formulation used for an FDA-approved medicine. It did not test Trimi's compounded preparation or establish its safety or effectiveness. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Individual results vary.
